We run a full production workshop, and we're opening our machines up to the trade. Send us a drawing or a cutting list and we'll CNC, size, mould, plane and edgeband it, ready to assemble.

Panel saw
Accurate, square sizing of full boards. Ideal for carcass parts, shelving and breaking down sheets to a cutting list.

Edgebander with pre-milling
Pre-milling trims the panel edge clean before banding for tight, consistent glue lines on MFC, MDF and ply.

Four-sided planer
Rough-sawn timber planed all four sides in one pass. Consistent PAR stock, battens and moulding blanks, in volume.

Common questions
What files can I send?
DXF, DWG, SVG, AI or PDF drawings, or a cutting list in Excel or CSV. A sketch with dimensions works too. See our guides for how to set files up.
What's the biggest sheet you can cut?
Full 10×5 sheets (3050 × 1525 mm) on the CNC, up to 100 mm thick. The panel saw cuts up to 3050 mm.
Can you supply the material?
Yes. Bring your own board or timber, or we'll source it for you and include it in the quote.
Do you take one-offs and small jobs?
Yes. We machine one-offs, prototypes and small batches as well as full production runs.
How long will my job take?
It depends on the size of the job and the material. We'll give you a firm lead time with your quote.
Do you deliver?
You can collect from our workshop in Nuneaton, or we'll deliver. Just tell us where when you enquire.
