What we collect
When you send an enquiry we receive your name, company, email address, phone number, your message and any files you attach. We use this only to reply to your enquiry, quote for and carry out your work.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become orders are deleted after 12 months. Records of orders are kept as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your data. It is held by our website host and email provider so we can receive and answer your enquiry. Our fonts are hosted on our own server, so no data is sent to Google when you load our pages.
Cookies and advertising
We use Google Ads to measure whether our adverts lead to enquiries. With your consent, Google may set cookies to do this. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of our pages, and learn more at Google's advertising policies.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you by emailing us. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Spam protection
To stop automated spam, our enquiry form uses a temporary session cookie and checks how the form is filled in. If we switch on Cloudflare Turnstile, Cloudflare also processes basic technical data to check you are not a bot.
